Mexi and Diego Benítez (@diegobc28) talk about founding Koilen, an AI system to monitor and alert on food refrigeration equipment. They share how they met at Blockchain Land 2022, Diego's earlier ventures, and how Mexi's industrial monitoring experience at Honeywell and Vitro shaped the product. They also update listeners on the project's progress: pilots in Monterrey, Chihuahua, and Torreón, and their participation in programs like Scroll, 500 Startups, and Orange DAO.
